As a tourist in Jaipur, it can be hard to find a place for lunch that meets your expectations. The most popular restaurants mentioned in tourist guidebooks are not necessarily the best.

As we are Indian food lovers, but also French nostalgic of our cuisine, we have been trying a lot of places and here are the 6 we have selected for you to enjoy a lovely time and delicious meals at reasonable price:

This restaurant-brasserie is situated in the calm district of C-Scheme. It is one of the new places opening in Jaipur inspired by the western cuisine and way of life. Young workers, couples and families are found of this place and you will also meet some foreigners living in Jaipur who like to find their fresh baguettes and croissants.

We like the warm ambiance, the refined decoration, the terrace and the big sofas inside, on which you can spend hours sipping expresso coffees. Plug your computer, connect it to their wifi for free and order some pastries. They propose a large range of cakes (nutella cheese cake, carrot cake, opera, lemon tart, walnut tart... and so many treats that you must taste!). For your lunch you will find some fresh vegetarian and non-vegetarian products, delicious salads, pizzas (even with bacon!), pastas and many other marvels (take a look at the menu on their website).
